Candidates should have experience in nuclear reaction theory. It is anticipated that research will focus on studying (d,p) reactions with the goal to extract information on neutron induced reactions on medium and heavy nuclei. The position will be in part dedicated to the development of high-performance computing applications in solving few-body body problems, Faddeev and AGS equations more generally. Evaluation of applications will begin immediately till the position is filled.
Interested candidates should send a curriculum vitae and a statement of research interests, and have a list of e-mail addresses of three contacts for recommendation to: Prof. Carlos Bertulani, (email: carlos.bertulani@tamuc.edu).
